Appointment Policy

At Seoux Skin LLC, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services.

Appointments: All appointments are non-refundable. A deposit of 30% of the service cost is required to secure your appointment with the remainder paid in full at the end of the service. This deposit is also non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.

Reschedule/Cancellation: In the event of a schedule change, we ask that you notify us 24 hours prior to the time of your appointment to reschedule or cancel. Failure to do so within this timeframe will result in a forfeit of your appointment. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total to the card on file.

Grace Period: We allow a 15 minute grace period if you are running late. Please understand that your service will be altered to accommodate the lateness and we may not be able to match the thoroughness of the service on a shortened timeframe.

At Seoux Skin LLC, we do not provide complimentary parking. However, street parking and nearby garage parking options are available in the immediate area. Please note that the cost of parking is not included in our services, and we are unable to offer parking validation at this time.
